PROBLEM:
All the Gas Gensets were running at Power Mode. To bare the factory torque (variable load) organization was using HFO Genset, however this process was inefficient.

CHALLENGE:
Need a complete generator control upgrade to manage and monitor the entire power plant load to shrink the power load to make it more efficient and cost-effective.

SOLUTION:
R.A. Engineering set all the Gas Gensets at Load sharing (island mode) instead of power mode which results all the Gas Generators started baring the Torque (variable loads). The solution includes: Designing of the Power Management, Supply and Commission the Synchronization and Load Sharing System.

BACKGROUND:
Lucky Cement Nooriabadpower generation station was running on power mode but the plant was inefficient and expensive to organization.

RESULT / ACHIEVEMENTS:
Lucky Cement Nooriabad saved a considerable HFO fuel of approx. Rs.1 Million/Day by stopping a HFO Genset (which became unnecessary) after this successful commissioning RA System.
